When you write, 'The woman, she stared,' you are, I realize, trying to keep the iambs going. However, whenever you can, avoid sounding like you are trying to fit into the meter; this is very fucking hard, and I fight against it all the time. In this case, how about: The woman stared, and I began to shake All for now. Good to hear from you.
